Why did you go to the States for surgery?

There's a lot of discussion at the moment about medication being over-prescribed in the States - can you see now how that happens?
Well I'm not on those prescribed ones anymore because they ran out, so for the last six weeks I've been on two paracetamol and two Nurofen Plus every four hours.
